Frequently Asked Questions

Our standard hire period is 6 hours, covering the duration of your event however we can usually arrange extended hire for an additional fee. If you need the games for longer or have a specific schedule in mind, just let us know. We're happy to accommodate where we can.


We're based in Langport and cover Somerset. We're happy to travel further afield - just let us know your venue and we'll provide a travel quote.


Yes! We take care of everything for you. We deliver your chosen games to your venue, set them up, and collect them once your event is over. All you need to do is enjoy the fun!


No! Our games are designed to  be completely self-contained and easy to play. We deliver, set up, and collect the games but guests can enjoy them at their own pace with no host needed.


While our games are portable, we recommend keeping them in one spot if possible. Moving them during the event is fine, but leaving them in place helps avoid accidental damage and keeps everything looking perfect for your guests.


We understand that outdoor events can be unpredictable! Our games are designed for garden and outdoor use, but if the weather doesn't cooperate, we recommend moving them under cover if possible or even indoor if space allows.


Yes! Our games are designed to be fun for guests of all ages. Many can be enjoyed by children, teens, and adults alike. We recommend supervising younger children to ensure safe and enjoyable play.


Booking is simple! Just get in touch with us via our contact form, email or phone. Let us know your event details, the games you'd like, and any special requests. Once everything is confirmed we'll reserve your date and take care of the rest, from delivery and setup to collection.


Yes! To secure your booking, we require a 20% deposit. This helps us reserve your date and prepare your games. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your event.


Yes. We ask for a damage deposit to cover any accidental damage during the hire period. This ensures the games are returned safely and allows us to keep them in great condition for future events. The deposit is fully refundable after the games are returned in good condition.


Absolutely! We can tailor a package to suit your event, guest numbers and space. Whether you want a selection of specific games, a mix of indoor and outdoor options, or something completely unique, just let us know and we'll create the perfect package for you.


Yes, in most cases! We understand plans can change. If you'd like to swap games after booking, just get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability.


No problem! If there's a specific game you'd love to have at your event that we don't currently offer, just let us know. We'll do our best to create a version that fits your event so you can have exactly what you're looking for.
